The Assistant Conference Manager, under supervision, will research, develop and produce cutting edge content/programs and networking events for two of DMA’s major conferences: Annual Conference & Exhibition and Integrated Marketing Week. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Developing strategic partnerships
• Recruiting speakers/speaker relations
• Overseeing blog content/video interviews
• Generating new revenue streams by launching sponsored initiatives
• Managing pre-show webinar process
• Curating content for monthly Knowledge Center newsletter
• Building digital signage templates and videos for Annual
• Quality control of DMA website
• And aid in other areas of the department as needed

The Manager, Member Relations primary responsibility will be to engage senior marketing executives at midsized companies to ensure service delivery and to conduct membership renewal interactions. S/he will conduct consistent and meaningful phone and web-based interactions with association members. The incumbent will be evaluated against renewal rates, dues base growth and service metrics.
