DMA Announces Winners of 2013 Innovation Awards

To Be Honored at DMA2013 in Chicago

September 5, 2013— The Direct Marketing Association (DMA) today announced that Merkle, Inc., Latcha + Associates, and Yseop, Inc. are this year’s winners of the 2013 DMA Innovation Awards.  The Innovation Awards, which are sponsored by Google, and honor outstanding achievements in marketing technology, will be presented at DMA2013, The Global Event for Data-Driven Marketers, held October 12-17 in Chicago. 

The 2013 DMA Innovation Awards celebrate the game-changing products and solutions that enable marketers to shift away from conventional marketing practices and enter, with confidence, a marketing space dominated by data-driven techniques and defined by rapid development, growth and change.

The awards ceremony will take place in The Trend, located just outside the Exhibit Hall, on Sunday, October 13, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.  The winning platforms and solutions will also be on display in the Innovation Awards Pavilion in the DMA Village for attendees to view from Sunday, October 13 through Tuesday, October 15. The 2013 DMA Innovation Awards 2013 boasts a distinguished panel of judges, representing the most prestigious names in the industry.

“With more and more data-driven companies applying their expertise to normalizing and then analyzing marketing and business data, the need for systems that deliver actionable data and intelligent response has also grown,” said Scott Ellis, vice president, client solutions, Adworthy, and Innovation Awards judge. “The 2013 Innovation Awards entries are excellent examples of technological solutions that heighten marketers’ ability to be more responsive to customer behavior and customer needs.”

This year, DMA will recognize solutions across four categories that parallel several of the session tracks at DMA2013:
