Arthur is a highly-regarded industry figure who coauthored the book Successful Email Marketing Strategies: From Hunting to Farming.

Todd Ranson, Digital Marketing Optimization Manager, World Vision

Todd is an industry expert currently charged with leading the donor email marketing strategy for World Vision. He joined World Vision in 2005 as a marketing project administrator and has greatly expanded his role. David advises many industry associations including the OTA, writes a syndicated column for ClickZ, and has been a contributor to the Weekend Today Show on NBC. David is also a contributing analyst to GigaOM Pro.
