Do you have a strategy for picking up the latest insights on data and marketing innovation? Are you plugged into the conversations that will impact your company’s bottom line over the next 1, 5 or 10 years?

Next week, DMA will host its fourth Twitter chat on Tuesday, August 8th at 3pm ET. These chats are geared to engage today’s marketers on the critical challenges facing their businesses, allowing participants to crowdsource their knowledge and advance our industry. DMA leadership, including CEO Tom Benton, will be joined by &THEN host Mel Robbins and Brian Moran, an entrepreneur and founder of Small Business Edge.

What can you learn from this Twitter chat?

This chat will have a specific focus on customer identity and attribution, and how conquering those challenges can lead to great customer experiences. But tackling customer identity and attribution isn’t as easy as flipping a switch, which is why groups such as DMA’s Identity Council are working to break down the common barriers for implementation.

In addition to DMA’s membership from across the data and marketing ecosystem, Mel Robbins and Brian Moran will bring their unique expertise and insights to this candid (and entertaining) conversation.

Mel Robbins is an author, motivation speaker, CNN commentator and host of &THEN in New Orleans, this October 8-10. Mel’s unique energy lit up the &THEN stages in 2015 and 2016, but that’s just a regular day for her. Mel’s wildly viral TEDx Talk – “The Five Second Rule” – boasts over 10 million views across 37 countries. Her talks are so inspiring that she hosts multi-year coaching programs at leading companies such as Johnson&Johnson, AG Edwards and Bear Stearns. Follow her at @MelRobbins.

Brian Moran’s 20+ years of experience in publishing and research gives him the insights needed to push for change. He advises entrepreneurs with everything from social media to accessing growth capital to expanding into the global marketplace. Follow him at @BrianMoran.
