Presented by Marc Giannettino
You’ll need to do more with less.” We’ve all heard it. We’ve all given it the obligatory eye-roll. But like it or not, it’s the (not so) new normal. In a time when marketers are presented with an ever-expanding suite of available solutions, but an ever-shrinking operating budget, it’s critical that all resources across the creative continuum are strategically aligned for optimal efficiency and excellence in execution. In this session, we’ll discuss a few different relationship models currently driving value for InnerWorkings clients, and take a closer look at one example where comprehensive transformation of a client’s in-house team into a full-service agency partner has produced dramatic results.
4:30-6:00 PM — Networking Happy Hour
