IHG(R) Rewards Club, the world's largest hotel loyalty program, sought to drive return stays at IHG hotels among new members after their initial enrollment. Therefore, we created an 8-week series of digital communications, comprised of four distinct program phases and hundreds of potential member journeys to effectively onboard members.
