Payments & Refunds
How can I confirm my registration?
In order to confirm your place, we require payment in full. From time to time, we may need to change aspects of your course (e.g., commencement date, access, or location). If we do so for any reason, you will be contacted. If you have not received confirmation of your attendance from DMA, please call 212.790.1440 to ensure your seat.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you cannot commence a DMA Education course for which you are registered, you may nominate a substitute from within your company. If you cannot nominate a substitute, please contact DMA Customer Service at (212) 790-1440 five (5) business days or more in advance of your DMA Education course commencing, so your registration fee will be held on account for a future event. All account credits must be used within a year. If you must cancel your registration altogether, please refer to the Cancellation Refund Schedule below. Registrants who do not cancel or arrange to have their registration fee held on account prior to the commencement of the DMA Education course forfeit their registration fee.
What is the Cancellation Refund Schedule?
- 5 business days or more before the commencement date of the DMA Education course: refund or account credit minus $50 processing fee
- 4 business days or less up to the seminar date: no refund—account credit minus $150 fee
- 1st day of seminar/no-show: no refund—no account credit
Online Education Courses
- Prior to commencing the DMA Education course: registration fee will be held on account for a future event
- After commencing the DMA Education course: registration fee is forfeited except where there are extenuating circumstances whereby refund is given at the discretion of DMA
Please note account credits must be used within a year. If DMA cancels the education course for which you have registered, the registration fee paid will be held on account for a future event. DMA is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you as a result of your registration, whether the event was attended, postponed, or cancelled.
I am thinking of becoming a certified marketer. Do you have any certification courses for this?

I have completed my DCMP, how can I keep my certification valid?
With our repertoire of in-person, on-demand, and live online courses, we will provide the expertise you need in a variety of marketing areas to get up-to date and ahead of your competition. Take 10 continuing education units per year (CEUs) to keep your certification valid and up-to-date — pick from webinars, live online courses, in-person courses, conference sessions, or even additional online modules. How long do I have to meet the requirements to stay certified?
One year from DCMP completion.
