September 11, 2012 — The Direct Marketing Association (DMA) today announced a slate of new speakers for its 2012 NCDM Conference, which will take place December 3-5 in Orlando, Florida.

Two new sessions will address the increasingly challengingly environment for marketers who leverage big data to reach and engage customers:

  • On Tuesday, December 4, Susan Fox, Vice President, Government Relations at Walt Disney, Tony Hadley, Senior Vice President, Government Affairs for Experian, and Brian Huseman, Director of Public Policy for Amazon, will discuss regulatory and legislative threats to the data-driven way of life.
  • On Wednesday, December 5, Bruce Biegel, Managing Director of the Winterberry Group; Joanne Dunne, CEO of Alliant Data; and Peg Kuman, CEO of Relevate; will advise attendees on “doing data governance right.”

Both sessions will be led by Rachel Thomas, DMA’s Vice President, Government Affairs.

Other newly confirmed speakers at NCDM 2012 include:  Shiv Singh, Global Head of Digital, PepsiCo Beverages; Sherri Liebo, Vice President, Segment Marketing and Marketing Communications, Cisco Systems; and John McMullin, Vice President, Business Development/New Media Solutions, MasterCard.

They join already-announced keynotes and featured presentations by Justin Cutroni of Google; Lawrence DiCapua, Leader of the Global Revenue Marketing Center of Excellence at General Electric; Bill Franks, Chief Analytics Officer of Teradata; Marcus Starke, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Marketing Regions for SAP; and Victor Lee, Vice President Global Digital Marketing at Hasbro.

Other presenters include executives from AT&T, Cisco Webex, FedEx, IBM, the National Football League, United Airlines, Warner Bros., and more.
