Shannon has more than 15 years of customer relationship marketing and consulting experience with firms ranging from global leaders Ernst & Young and GE to innovative technology start-ups. Her work has focused on the intersection of retail, loyalty and payments with clients including Citi Retail Services, The Home Depot, Gap Brands, Nordstrom, American Eagle Outfitters and Home Shopping Network (HSN) among others.

In her current role, Shannon leads rDialogue’s Transformation & Innovation practice, where she has been advising clients including Nike and American Express on how to leverage the opportunities presented in today’s rapidly evolving marketplace.

Shannon has an MBA from Emory with a concentration in marketing strategy and a BS in Business Administration from Bucknell University.
