He is helping marketers and data-driven organizations navigate complex interactive marketing policy and international email compliance issues. He is responsible for the global development of self-regulatory and regulatory policies, guidelines and best practices affecting Experian's Marketing Suite (f.k.a. CheetahMail) business, as well as providing privacy thought leadership to Experian’s diverse interactive marketing and consumer insights solutions. Since joining Experian in 2011, Alex has supported due-diligence on strategic acquisitions like Conversant, Alchemy Social, and AdTruth; partnerships with BlueKai, Lotame, RocketFuel, IgnitionOne and Facebook; and completed hundreds of on-demand consulting for diverse brands like Hallmark, AmEx, and Neiman Marcus, Michael Kors, WWE, GameStop, DirecTV, and AT&T. In addition to writing and public speaking, Alex is passionate about exploring the boundaries between channels, borders, and cultures.
