Genevieve Longtin is a passionate, successful, decades-long veteran of the email industry, currently the Director of Email and Engagement for Sharecare. Genevieve has an innate talent for leading cross-functional engagement teams as they innovate and refine programs that currently provide double digit ROIs, industry-leading 99% inboxing rates, and contribute more than 75% of return user engagement from the more than billion emails sent each year. Building lifecycle programs and cross-channel customer journeys, Genevieve mines data to prove out the efficacy of email programs at building brands, driving conversions, and delighting users. Genevieve graduated summa cum laude from Regis College with a degree in Political Science and History, and minors in International Relations, Biochemistry, and Sociology. Her passion for service to inspires her free time, and Genevieve has spent more than ten years as a volunteer victim advocate with her local battered women and rape crisis center. Married for over 20 years, Genevieve lives in sunny California with her husband and son.
