Sue is currently responsible for new customer communication across the First 90 days of service and appreciation & reward communications across the customer lifecycle. Over her 25 year career with AT&T, she has held various Marketing positions at market, regional and National level: Operations, Customer Service, Product Marketing, Small Biz, Acquisition, CLM, Mass Media for mobility and tv products. But her first passion has always been CLM.
