Digital marketing agency emfluence was charged with developing and launching the famous Joe’s Kansas City’s new eCommerce website and executing promotional initiatives with only 12 weeks to research, design, build and announce the new endeavor. The Joe’s Kansas City relaunch as an e-Commerce site created a groundswell of fan reaction and excitement, including 11,500+ unique website visitors within the first 24 hours of the site going live. During the first week of launch 457 orders were placed from across the country and all metrics during the first month surpassed expectation.

The eCommerce launch/brand re-fresh was met with enormously positive response, website traffic and 3 times the industry average for email capture and open/Click through rate, including a 67% Unique Open rate on the welcome email and 114% total open rate.

emfluence also helped them achieve 2.99 Million Social Impressions and 88,000 organic social engagements during the first month launch period on Twitter and Facebook. The average time on the website was around 5 mins and they gathered over 10,000 email captures in first 6 months of launch.

emfluence was able increase Joe’s keyword ranking to #1 on Google (from unranked) for terms: BBQ, BBQ Order Online, BBQ Restaurant, and Best BBQ

The Perfect Partnerships campaign was created for the Henry Wurst sales team to showcase the company’s abilities and philosophy in a fun, creative way.

The lunchbox themed kit was the perfect way to say “perfect partnerships” and included fresh chips and salsa, wrapped in a highly textured potato based paper, which was a great way to tell the story of a printing company that values it’s relationships.

The campaign is still ongoing, but of the ones they’ve distributed thus far, they have gained a huge new order and are having conversations with 25% of recipients and appointments with 10% of recipients.
