Research revealed why prospects and customers prefer not to purchase plans and devices via digital channels (want to see/touch product, better customer service in store, faster in person, etc.), so we set out to overcome these problems. Our key objective was to decrease exit rate, increase clarity by engagement and, thus, increase conversion on VZW.com
