Comcast is constantly trying to find new ways to differentiate themselves from their competitors. Satellite customers are a key prospect market for Comcast, and an opportunity was identified to speak to a common concern for this group, degraded service due to severe weather conditions. The Weather Triggered campaign was designed to speak to this common concern of Satellite customers with a relevant message. The overall objective was to encourage current Satellite subscribers to switch to XFINITY.
