Erica DePalma, Media Horizons
With more than a decade of experience in customer acquisition and retention, Erica’s competencies cut across both B2B and B2C verticals, including work in the pharmaceutical and non-profit sectors. Her award-winning digital group includes service offerings that extend into programmatic media, social media, email marketing, mobile, lead generation, affiliate and search.
Erica’s work is regularly recognized by the direct marketing community in the form of published case studies, blogs, speaking engagements and awards. Her honors include an appearance in DMNews’ “30 under 30”, being featured in MediaPost’s Media Magazine as a “Rising Media Star” and most recently, being honored by MarketingEDGE as a “2016 Rising Star”. In addition to being tapped as a speaker for the Direct Marketing Association, Erica has made speaking appearances at the National Etailing and Mailing Organization of America and the Electronic Retailing Association’s annual conferences.
Prior to joining Media Horizons, Erica served as Vice President, Digital at Omnicom Media Group’s Novus Direct, in addition to Associate Media Director with Digitas. Erica also served as a Board Member of 212, NYC’s Interactive Advertising Club, from 2004-2007.
Erica earned her Bachelor’s in Digital Media from Loyola University in Maryland. Erica lives in Norwalk, CT with her husband, Michael and daughters Jameson and Brooklyn.
