Matt has been passionately pursuing new technologies to enable brands to make personal connections one-to-one connections with their customers for the last decade; with the goal of making advertising relevant to the consumer and efficient for the advertiser.
For over twenty years Matt has served in leadership roles both on agency and client side of the business. Prior to founding Vehicle, Matt was a principal with the largest privately held full-service agency in the greater Northwest working with iconic brands such as: AT&T, T-Mobile, HTC, Microsoft, Vail Mountain Resort, and H&R Block, among many others.

James is the CEO and Founder of Optikal Inc., an OmniChannel agency based in Los Angeles. After spending years watching brands fail to effectively engage prime target customers, James sought out a new methodology that can help brands market intelligently. In his pursuit, his found his solution by combining data and marketing. This allows Optikal to create data-centric profile and personalize consumer engagement, ultimately redefining OmniChannel advertising.

James began his career in sales within the media industry. He has successfully closed several deals and his achievements quickly moved him from sales into management. Eventually, he found himself in the role of CMO for a Direct Response ad agency, focused on driving ROI for ad campaigns on radio and TV.

True to his original goal, James wanted to change the mindset of how companies reach their core consumers and high level potential prospects. His solution is powered by integrated technology, data analytics, and optimizing media strategies based on data-driven results. With Optikal, James and his team are redefining OmniChannel Marketing to make marketing more precise and deliver better results.

marci troutmanMarci Troutman, SiteMinis
Marci Troutman is the founder and chief executive officer of SiteMinis Incorporated, a mobile software solution for companies that realize the growth and need for a robust high functioning mobile web presence to reach their customers.

She is an internet services veteran with more than 15 years experience in web development, programming and eCommerce. She is also an expert in M-Commerce technology, which she has been developing since 2004.

Marci is the visionary and drives the company’s strategic direction, positioning it for future growth and expansion. Although she leads the company, she is also hands-on and lends her direct knowledge and input on all client projects, offering strategic mobile marketing and branding insights to target today’s tech-savvy mobile consumers.

tim reisTim Reis, Google
Tim Reis leads Google’s Performance Solutions Activation team for North America, leading the implementation of performance product (search, performance display and remarketing products on desktop, tablet and mobile) strategy for the region. He is a 30 year veteran of media sales serving in roles that have spanned print, television and online.

Prior to his current assignment, Tim held a variety of roles at Google, leading the mobile solutions teams in the Americas (including leading the Enhanced Campaigns migration in the region), leading the Mobile Display (formerly Admob) advertising team for the finance, entertainment, auto and travel industry verticals, leading Google’s Consumer Packaged Goods practice in the eastern region and managing one of Google’s financial services advertising teams. He has been with Google for more than eight years.

Vanessa is an experienced search marketer and content strategist. Over the past 12 years she has worked in digital marketing across technology and retail industries. Currently, as the Content & Inbound Marketing Director at 1-800-PetMeds, she is responsible for content, SEO, and social media marketing.

Jillian runs Marketing and Analytics for Vistar Media, a cross-screen location-based platform for mobile and out-of-home. Prior to Vistar, Jillian held analytics roles under Publicis, IPG and Dentsu Aegis. She has an A.B. in History and Literature from Harvard University.

Michael WeaverMichael Weaver, MediaMath
Michael Weaver is a seasoned programmatic industry leader and innovator, bringing over two decades of digital advertising experience to MediaMath. He is responsible for guiding MediaMath’s mobile advertising efforts across programmatic media in RTB, Direct, Private Marketplaces and other media buying methodologies. Prior to MediaMath, Mike was a key player in driving advertising revenue at Microsoft, Crisp, Phluant Mobile, Hipcricket and Waterfall. Mike also helped shape both desktop and digital advertising as the first employee of Bluestreak and founder of Third Screen Media, and is a regular speaker at industry events including ad:tech, Cannes Lions, CTIA, MMA and OMMA events.

Danielle Leitch serves as Executive Vice President at MoreVisibility, a full-service Interactive Advertising Agency and one of a select few to be “Google Analytics Certified.” In this position, she oversees the staff and operations of this INC 500/5000 company.

Danielle has over 15 years of marketing and business development expertise, working with both online and more traditional organizations. She is a regular speaker and trainer at industry events across the country, including Internet Retailer, PR News, Legal Marketing Association and various Professional Groups. Danielle has been sourced by numerous publications, including WSJ and Investor’s Business Daily, to provide commentary on industry trends and Google, as well as updates on SEO, SEM, Social Media and Analytics.

Ms. Leitch was one of the First 100 to qualify as a Google Advertising Professional and invited to participate on MSN’s Search Council when their AdCenter platform was being developed. She worked closely with LinkedIn to develop their Company Pages and her personal profile was in the top 1% viewed during 2012.

Danielle Leitch is a graduate of the College of Business at Florida Atlantic University and is a member of the Advisory Board, for their College of Business ITOM Program, as well as a Board Member for the Alumni Association. Originally from New York, she currently resides in Boca Raton, Florida.

With more than a decade of experience in customer acquisition and retention, Erica’s competencies cut across both B2B and B2C verticals, including work in the pharmaceutical and non-profit sectors. Her award-winning digital group includes service offerings that extend into programmatic media, social media, email marketing, mobile, lead generation, affiliate and search.

Erica’s work is regularly recognized by the direct marketing community in the form of published case studies, blogs, speaking engagements and awards. Her honors include an appearance in DMNews’ “30 under 30”, being featured in MediaPost’s Media Magazine as a “Rising Media Star” and most recently, being honored by MarketingEDGE as a “2016 Rising Star”. In addition to being tapped as a speaker for the Direct Marketing Association, Erica has made speaking appearances at the National Etailing and Mailing Organization of America and the Electronic Retailing Association’s annual conferences.

Prior to joining Media Horizons, Erica served as Vice President, Digital at Omnicom Media Group’s Novus Direct, in addition to Associate Media Director with Digitas. Erica also served as a Board Member of 212, NYC’s Interactive Advertising Club, from 2004-2007.

Erica earned her Bachelor’s in Digital Media from Loyola University in Maryland. Erica lives in Norwalk, CT with her husband, Michael and daughters Jameson and Brooklyn.
