For over twenty years Matt has served in leadership roles both on agency and client side of the business. Prior to founding Vehicle, Matt was a principal with the largest privately held full-service agency in the greater Northwest working with iconic brands such as: AT&T, T-Mobile, HTC, Microsoft, Vail Mountain Resort, and H&R Block, among many others.

James Fink, Optikal
James is the CEO and Founder of Optikal Inc., an OmniChannel agency based in Los Angeles. After spending years watching brands fail to effectively engage prime target customers, James sought out a new methodology that can help brands market intelligently. In his pursuit, his found his solution by combining data and marketing. This allows Optikal to create data-centric profile and personalize consumer engagement, ultimately redefining OmniChannel advertising.

James began his career in sales within the media industry. He has successfully closed several deals and his achievements quickly moved him from sales into management. Eventually, he found himself in the role of CMO for a Direct Response ad agency, focused on driving ROI for ad campaigns on radio and TV.

True to his original goal, James wanted to change the mindset of how companies reach their core consumers and high level potential prospects. His solution is powered by integrated technology, data analytics, and optimizing media strategies based on data-driven results. With Optikal, James and his team are redefining OmniChannel Marketing to make marketing more precise and deliver better results.

Vanessa Penagos-Pino, 1-800-PetMeds

Currently, as the Content & Inbound Marketing Director at 1-800-PetMeds, she is responsible for content, SEO, and social media marketing.

Ben Morss, Google
Ben Morss of GoogleBen Morss is a Developer Advocate at Google, where he works to help make the Web faster and more beautiful. Presently he’s focused on increasing adoption of Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) and making it more useful for developers, marketers, and users. Previously at Google, he helped companies with the design, speed, and conversion flows of their mobile websites. He also created technical solutions to improve advertising experiences for Google’s largest clients. Before Google, Ben worked on websites for companies like AOL and the New York Times, and prior to that he was a professional musician.

Ben earned a BA in Computer Science at Harvard and a PhD in Music at the University of California.

Pierre Barbeau is a mobile and data marketing solution thought leader and entrepreneur. In 2000-2007, he pioneered Sprint Picture Mail, the first generation picture-sharing service in the United States. As General Manager of Sprint Visual Communications, he also led the development of the first camera and video phones to launch in the U.S. marketplace.

During that period, Pierre and his innovative team developed native apps and back-end platforms for mobile phones—long before blueprints or tools were available. Pierre has spoken on mobile innovation and the future impact of technologies to businesses at several industry-leading association events, including the AAF, AMA, DMA, and PMA.

Prior to his work in the mobile solutions field, Pierre led the development of global direct marketing programs as a Vice President of Sales and Marketing at STI. He and his team innovated integrated direct marketing solutions for companies such as Anheuser-Busch, American Express, Farmer’s Insurance, Iridium LLC, Ziff Davis, Pelouze Scales, Zurich Insurance, and France Direct.

Pierre is now the CEO of Moblico, a leading data-driven engagement, loyalty and monetization technology company founded in 2010. Moblico leverages marketing data to increase transactions by enabling upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Moblico’s data-driven marketing platform allows clients to take advantage of digital engagement to deliver a positive brand experience in support of your business goals, increased revenue, audience expansion, communication of transactions and building of long-term customer relationships. Moblico has developed data-driven solutions for organizations such as First Data, Card Connect, ePay, DST Systems, Dupont, Company Kitchen, Tamron, IGA, and Piggly Wiggly.

Pierre is a graduate of Bishop’s University in Quebec, Canada. He currently lives in the Kansas City area with his wife and four children.

Danielle Leitch, MoreVisibility
Danielle Leitch serves as Executive Vice President at MoreVisibility, a full-service Interactive Advertising Agency and one of a select few to be “Google Analytics Certified.” In this position, she oversees the staff and operations of this INC 500/5000 company.

Danielle has over 15 years of marketing and business development expertise, working with both online and more traditional organizations. She is a regular speaker and trainer at industry events across the country, including Internet Retailer, PR News, Legal Marketing Association and various Professional Groups. Danielle has been sourced by numerous publications, including WSJ and Investor’s Business Daily, to provide commentary on industry trends and Google, as well as updates on SEO, SEM, Social Media and Analytics.

Ms. Leitch was one of the First 100 to qualify as a Google Advertising Professional and invited to participate on MSN’s Search Council when their AdCenter platform was being developed. She worked closely with LinkedIn to develop their Company Pages and her personal profile was in the top 1% viewed during 2012.

Danielle Leitch is a graduate of the College of Business at Florida Atlantic University and is a member of the Advisory Board, for their College of Business ITOM Program, as well as a Board Member for the Alumni Association. Originally from New York, she currently resides in Boca Raton, Florida.

Michael Weaver, MediaMath
Michael WeaverMichael Weaver is a seasoned programmatic industry leader and innovator, bringing over two decades of digital advertising experience to MediaMath. He is responsible for guiding MediaMath’s mobile advertising efforts across programmatic media in RTB, Direct, Private Marketplaces and other media buying methodologies. Prior to MediaMath, Mike was a key player in driving advertising revenue at Microsoft, Crisp, Phluant Mobile, Hipcricket and Waterfall. Mike also helped shape both desktop and digital advertising as the first employee of Bluestreak and founder of Third Screen Media, and is a regular speaker at industry events including ad:tech, Cannes Lions, CTIA, MMA and OMMA events.

Leslie Lee, Vistar Media
Marketing professional with experience developing and executing strategic communications programs for emerging growth and Fortune 500 companies, with a focus on advertising technology and big data industries. Specializes in telling compelling stories about complicated technology and scientific innovations.
