With over 18 years of experience in consumer loyalty, brand and creative strategy, consumer insights, human-centered design and business strategy, Denise Holt leads Olson 1to1’s strategy and insights discipline. Prior to ICF Olson, she ran her own strategy consulting practice, was Director of Strategy & Branding at Optum, and spent over a decade in marketing and brand planning roles within the loyalty space. Past clients have included Amtrak, Delta Airlines, Carlson Hotels Worldwide, UnitedHealth Group, Visa, Hallmark, True Value and Aramark. Denise earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, a Master of Business Administration degree in Management from the University of St. Thomas, and an Insights to Innovation certification from IDEO.
